Kostilatas Springs are located at the magnificent Athamanian Mountains, the wildest mountain ridge of the Pindos Mountain Range, where there are over 300 water springs.
From there I start my journey until I reach my spring, at an altitude of 1,450m, where I am bottled, in a state-of-the art production line. Thanks to my exclusively underground origin as well as the prohibition of polluting activities in the area of my source, I flow protected within a fortress of geological layers reinforced by winter ice. Thus, I remain a superior quality water, perfectly clear, natural and unaffected by any human intervention. I am a diamond in the rough, a gift of nature that you can enjoy every day.

Without undergoing any disinfection process or chemical treatment, I slowly acquire my perfect chemical balance in minerals and pH, to offer you my unmatched gentle and refreshing taste.

My extremely low sodium content (Na ++: 1.53 mg /l) makes me ideal for those who follow a low sodium diet, and I have laxative and diuretic properties. In addition, I am distinguished by an incredibly low total hardness (CaCo 3 –: 94.6 mg /l), which gives me my delicious, soft and light character.

My rich content in magnesium (Mg ++++: 1.98 mg/l) and calcium (Ca ++: 34.6 mg/l) contributes to maintaining normal function of the heart, muscles and nervous system, but also helps in the regulation of blood pressure, and the development of healthy bones and teeth.
